What charging modes does the charging station support?

Supports five charging modes: Auto Full Charge, SOC-based, Time-based, Amount-based, and Energy-based charging.
What is the maximum power output for a single gun? How is power distributed when using dual guns?

The maximum output for a single gun is 120kW. When using dual guns, power is dynamically allocated to accommodate multiple vehicles charging simultaneously.
What is the operating temperature range of the charging station?

The charging station operates in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C, ensuring adaptability to extreme climates.

How much space is required for installation?

A 2-meter heat dissipation area must be reserved on both sides. The foundation should be built with C30 concrete, with M16 stainless steel bolts pre-embedded.
What routine maintenance is required?

Monthly: Check for cable aging and clean dust accumulation (maintenance frequency should be increased in harsh environments).

Weekly: Clean the charging gun and gun holder.
How to clean the fan filter and dust screen?

Remove the butterfly screws on the right side, take out the filter, wash it with water, dry it, and reinstall it in original order, ensuring it is tightly secured.
How should the charging gun be stored when not in use?

Insert it into the gun holder or cover it with a dust cap. When cleaning, use a high-pressure air gun or a lint-free cloth.

Can the charging gun be unplugged during charging?

Unplugging the gun directly is strictly prohibited. Always press the "Stop" button first and confirm disconnection before unplugging.
How to cut off power in an emergency?

Press the red "Emergency Stop" button to immediately cut off the internal power supply.
What to do if the touchscreen buttons are unresponsive?

Check if the fastening screws on the back of the screen are too tight, or contact after-sales support for inspection.
How to handle the "Power System Protection Tripping" error?

Check if the internal cabinet cables are grounded and replace any damaged or burned cables.

What to do if charging does not start after plugging in the gun?

Check if the vehicle’s BMS is activated and ensure the 12V/24V output of the charging gun is normal.
What could cause the display screen to remain off?

Check if the power cables are loose or contact maintenance personnel to tighten the connections.
What if none of the fans are running?

Check the continuity of the control circuit and ensure the fan power cable is not loose. Replace the fan if necessary.
What could cause the charging voltage to display as 0?

Inspect for loose vehicle communication cables or internal wiring faults inside the cabinet.
